Cookies will stay fresh for up to 5—7 days. However, you can freeze your cookies for up to one month. Just thaw the cookies out and place them in the oven at 180 degrees for 2-4 minutes.
Standard circle macarons can stay in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days from the day of pick up depending on the flavour you order.
Character macarons are slightly more fragile than standard circular macarons because the shell is a little thinner. Therefore they will only stay fresh for up to 3-4 days in an airtight container from the day of pick up.
Certainly! If you have a specific character or design in mind that is not listed on our website, we welcome custom orders and are more than happy to discuss creating custom character macarons that align with your vision.

Cookies
We ship Express Post orders Australia Wide very Tuesday. Express post typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive once dispatched, however we cannot guarantee shipping times. We also hand deliver macarons but at least 1 week’s notice is required.
Macarons
For the time being we only deliver within Sydney. Due to the fragile nature of macarons we currently do not offer interstate delivery.
If you do decide to cancel your order, please provide us with at least 72 hours notice via email. All orders cancelled after this time frame will only be refunded 50% of the total payment.
Please be aware that once your order has been placed it cannot be modified.
If none of the pick up times suit you please send us through an email with time options that suit you and we can try to accommodate the best we can.
You may change the pick up or delivery date as long as you provide us with 72 hours notice.
Unfortunately, all cookie orders placed after the cut off times will be fulfilled the following week.
We typically require some advance notice as we may be occupied preparing for markets and would need some lead time to prepare. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll consider placing an order with us in advance for your next special occasion.
